Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Track alarms, system performance, and equipment status
• Generate reports and coordinate maintenance activities

Requirements: Experience in BMS operation and monitoring
Knowledge of facility management systems

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain BMS systems
• Troubleshoot automation and control systems
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams

Requirements: Relevant engineering qualification
Experience with BMS platforms and building automation systems

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC maintenance and installation activities
• Lead technicians and ensure quality standards
• Monitor project schedules and performance

Requirements: HVAC supervisory experience
Strong technical and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee BMS operations and maintenance teams
• Ensure system reliability and operational efficiency
• Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs

Requirements: Experience in BMS systems and team supervision

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance activities

Requirements: Hands-on HVAC maintenance experience

Responsibilities:

• Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
• Track service tickets and work orders
• Prepare reports and support operational teams

Requirements:  Experience in helpdesk or facility coordination roles
 Good communication and computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise duct installation works on-site
• Coordinate manpower and project activities
• Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

Requirements:  Experience in ducting fabrication and installation
 Strong site supervision skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC project execution and site activities
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Monitor progress and ensure quality compliance

Requirements:  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
HVAC project experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings and technical documentation
• Revise layouts and coordinate with project teams
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance

Requirements:  Proficiency in AutoCAD
HVAC drafting experience

• Relevant qualification and experience for the applied position
• Currently residing in Kuwait
• Transferable Visa (Article 18)
• Available for immediate joining
• Good communication and teamwork skills
