Hiring Building Maintenance Electrician in Kuwait
A reputable facilities management services company in Sharq, Kuwait, is recruiting skilled Electricians to handle commercial building operations and maintenance contracts.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain low voltage electrical distribution boards, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
- Troubleshoot electrical power outages, ground faults, and wiring issues across facilities.
- Execute scheduled preventative electrical maintenance on pumps, motors, and emergency systems.
- Install new electrical conduits, sockets, switches, and commercial lighting arrays.
- Comply with safety protocols and complete daily facility maintenance logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building maintenance or facility management electrical systems.
- Trade qualification or ITI certification in electrical installation.
- Transferable work visa (both Project and Ahli visa categories accepted).
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts across 6 days a week.
- Immediate availability for onboarding.
