Job Vacancy: Female Barista

We are looking for an experienced Female Barista to join our café team in Mahboula, Kuwait. If you have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and experience in café operations, we encourage you to apply.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Keep the coffee station, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Assist with stock monitoring and daily café operations.

• Previous experience as a Barista is required.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Salary: KD 300–330 per month
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 1 day
• Company-provided accommodation
• Company-provided transportation
