• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety and café operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and promote the café's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the café team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in spoken and professional Arabic (mandatory).
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency (Iqama).
• Well-groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous café or sales experience is an advantage.
• Asian nationality preferred.
