A leading cosmetics and beauty products company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Female Beauty Advisor Supervisor with strong skincare knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Candidates who are passionate about beauty and skincare are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Provide professional skincare consultations and product recommendations.
- Supervise and support the beauty advisor team.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Promote skincare and cosmetic products to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate product usage and educate customers on skincare routines.
- Monitor product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with management to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or Beauty Supervisor is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident in handling customers and providing beauty consultations.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
