Female Customer Service / Sales Coordinator – Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

A courier company in Kuwait is urgently looking for a Female Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to join its team. Candidates residing in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh / Abbasiya are preferred.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with courier and delivery-related queries.
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams.
• Follow up on customer orders and shipments.
• Provide accurate information about delivery services and schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update delivery information.
• Support the sales and operations team with daily coordination.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates from Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh / Abbasiya are preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and delivery staff.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Responsible, polite, and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, courier, logistics, or sales coordination is an advantage.

KWD 135–175 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
