• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment and manpower services.
• Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

• Conduct market research and identify potential corporate clients.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing plans.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to meet client hiring requirements.

• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Development Executive, or Sales & Marketing Professional.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in the Recruitment, Manpower, or Consultancy industry is an advantage.
