Hiring Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator in Kuwait
A premier technical services and facility engineering enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Mangaf, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate field operations, site access passes, personnel gate clearances, and transport logistics across client sites.
- Inspect technical materials, equipment deliveries, and spares for quantity, specification, and physical condition.
- Monitor subcontractor field installations, MEP maintenance works, and workmanship quality standards.
- Liaise between client site engineers, corporate procurement desks, and field technicians to prevent project delays.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, material inspection sheets, and daily activity logs.
- Investigate on-site technical bottlenecks and report operational concerns promptly to management with solutions.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait industrial safety standards and corporate HSE directives.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of practical experience in technical field coordination, facilities maintenance, MEP, or construction support.
- Valid Kuwait Light Driving License is strictly mandatory.
- Ability to read technical specifications, engineering drawings, and equipment datasheets accurately.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Fluent spoken and written English skills; strong interpersonal and documentation capabilities.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
