Fleet Supervisor – Delivery & Logistics

A leading Delivery & Logistics company is looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, supervise drivers, and ensure efficient transportation and delivery services.

• Supervise daily fleet operations and delivery activities.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Track fuel consumption, vehicle documentation, and maintenance records.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and operational performance reports.
• Resolve driver issues and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait traffic regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations departments for workforce and fleet management.

✅ Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor or in a similar role.
✅ Experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics companies preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of Kuwait roads, routes, and locations.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage a large fleet of drivers and vehicles.
✅ Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems and reporting.
✅ Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) Visa preferred.
✅ Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
✅ Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
