A prominent hospitality and food service distribution enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a systematic, experienced, and competent Food & Beverage Store In-Charge to manage warehousing in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage inventory receiving, storage, and branch distribution across warehouse bays.
• Manage stock entries, transfer orders, and material receipts using computerized ERP software.
• Enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation and monitor expiration dates for perishable provisions.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts, quarterly physical inventory audits, and investigate stock variances.
• Ensure store temperature controls and cleanliness comply with municipality food safety directives.
• Coordinate with central purchasing teams regarding minimum reorder levels and supplier deliveries.
• Organize warehouse staging areas to ensure swift dispatch to retail branches and restaurants.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years of verified experience managing stores in the F&B, hospitality, or FMCG sector in Kuwait.
• Hands-on expertise working with ERP software and inventory databases (not manual registers only).
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 Ahli; small project visa not accepted).
• Strong organizational discipline, stock accuracy, and leadership capabilities.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card is required.
• Immediate availability to commence employment.

Salary & Benefits
