Remote Rigs / Central Kitchen – Kuwait

Food Safety Officer

• Age: 25 – 40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Food Science
  • Food Technology
• 3–5 years of experience in the catering industry
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Health & Safety practices
• Field experience in catering or remote operations is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in:
  • English
  • Hindi
  • Other Indian regional languages (advantage)
• Preferred nationalities:
  • Nepali
  • Sri Lankan
• Candidates must be currently in Kuwait
• Ready to join immediately

• Implement and monitor QHSE standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices
• Conduct employee training and awareness programs
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Monitor kitchen operations and identify potential hazards
• Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement in food safety standards

• KWD 275 – 300 (based on experience and interview performance)
