Role Overview

Hiring a Foreman Fabrication to lead CNC fabrication activities, ensure production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards. The Foreman will supervise operators, manage daily machine output, and coordinate material and maintenance needs to meet the fabrication plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily CNC production according to the monthly fabrication schedule.

• Monitor CNC machine output and update production reports daily.

• Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments and inspection checks.

• Supervise housekeeping and 6S practices for machines and work areas.

• Oversee machine, tool, and instrument condition at shift end and ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out.

• Provide training to operators and support development of jigs and fixtures.

• Plan raw material requirements for daily and monthly production.

• Coordinate with engineering and QA to resolve production issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Qualification: DME or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in fabrication/CNC shop floor supervision.

• Age Preference: 25–30 years (preferred).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC operations, measuring instruments, dimensional inspection, and fabrication processes.

• Attributes: Leadership, good communication, problem‑solving, and ability to work under pressure.

• Physical: Able to work on shop floor and at heights when required.

Preferred Candidates

• Experience with CNC programming and setup, jigs and fixtures design, and preventive maintenance planning.

• Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing rework, and enforcing safety/quality standards.

• Copies of qualifications (DME/ITI) and any relevant training certificates.

• List of projects or machines previously managed (optional).
