Urgent Hiring – Experienced Graphic Designer Required
A printing press in Al Rai, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer to join the team immediately.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, printing design, packaging artwork, dieline preparation, prepress, and digital printing.
Candidates with previous printing press and packaging experience will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities- Design artwork for different types of printing products.
- Create designs for packaging boxes, paper bags, labels, brochures, business cards, and other printed materials.
- Prepare accurate dielines, die-cut outlines, and cutting frames.
- Set up artwork according to printing and production requirements.
- Prepare professional print-ready files.
- Manage bleed, crop marks, colour settings, and other prepress requirements.
- Check artwork carefully before sending it for production.
- Operate the Konica Minolta digital printing machine and take printouts when required.
- Handle customer printing jobs independently from artwork preparation to final output.
- Make revisions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the printing and production team.
- Complete assigned jobs accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain quality standards and organized work files.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Previous experience in a printing press is required.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good experience in designing printing products.
- Strong knowledge of packaging design and dieline preparation.
- Ability to create die-cut outlines and cutting frames.
- Good understanding of prepress, colour settings, bleed, resolution, and print-ready artwork.
- Experience operating a Konica Minolta digital printing machine is required.
- Ability to handle customer jobs independently.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Salary: KD 270 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
