We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Gym Sales & Receptionist to join our fitness team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong sales abilities, and experience handling front desk operations in a professional environment.

Position: Gym Sales & Receptionist

Location: Kuwait

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Follow up with potential clients and membership inquiries.
• Promote gym memberships and fitness services.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Welcome members and visitors at the reception desk.
• Manage daily front-desk activities and appointments.
• Maintain customer records and membership information.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members.
• Assist with membership renewals and customer follow-ups.
• Support daily gym operations and administrative tasks.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the service sector.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, reception, or fitness operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Valid transferable Article 18 residency.
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
• Good command of Arabic and English is an advantage.
• Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
