We are Hiring Safety Officer | Kuwait

We are currently looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry and solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Position: Safety Officer

Location: Kuwait

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure adherence to company and client safety requirements.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Promote a strong safety culture across project sites.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in site safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ability to prepare safety reports and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in field and project environments.
