Hiring Heavy Equipment Operator & Driver in Kuwait
A leading civil engineering, infrastructure, and heavy construction contractor in Kuwait is urgently seeking experienced, safety-certified, and competent Heavy Equipment Operators & Drivers to join its project fleet in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate hydraulic excavators, track loaders, or heavy dump trucks on major civil earthmoving and infrastructure sites.
- Execute trenching, mass excavation, site grading, and spoil haulage following engineering survey stakes.
- Transport heavy bulk materials, aggregate, and demolition spoil using multi-axle heavy dump trucks securely.
- Perform pre-operational walkaround inspections inspecting hydraulic hoses, track tension, lubricants, and brakes.
- Communicate effectively with banksmen, signalmen, and scaffolding supervisors during active site operations.
- Enforce rigorous site safety measures around overhead utilities, trench embankments, and heavy machinery zones.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and notify workshop mechanics of scheduled servicing requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Kuwait Heavy Driving License or Heavy Equipment Operator License (Excavator / Heavy Vehicle).
- 3-7 Years of practical experience operating heavy equipment on construction, roadwork, or infrastructure sites in the GCC.
- Solid understanding of earthmoving mechanics, hydraulic operations, and excavation safety.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Strong physical stamina, vigilance, and commitment to zero-accident safety protocols.
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
