Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Provide visionary leadership for the Higher Section.
• Drive school improvement initiatives and academic excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic educational goals.

Academic Culture

Staff Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, motivate, and support teaching and administrative teams.

Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders.
• Promote effective communication across the school community.
• Support family engagement and student success initiatives.

Educational Program Oversight

• Monitor and evaluate bilingual educational programs.

• Support programs designed for diverse student populations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant educational leadership experience.
• Relevant degree and supporting educational certifications.
• Strong understanding of bilingual education environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within schools or educational institutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Native English speaker.
• Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong commitment to student success and educational excellence.
