A leading logistics and transport services company in Kuwait is seeking reliable, professional, and licensed House Driver City professionals to join its fleet operations in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate must possess thorough knowledge of Kuwait roadways, residential blocks, and commercial areas, ensuring on-time transit, cargo safety, and courteous service.

Candidates with previous experience in delivery operations, ride services, or commercial transport in Kuwait are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles across Kuwait routes following national traffic laws and safety standards.
• Plan and execute optimal transit routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluids, tires, brakes, and fuel levels).
• Verify cargo, order manifests, delivery addresses, and customer contact information prior to departure.
• Ensure cargo is safely loaded, securely balanced, and protected from damage during transit.
• Collect payments, manage cash-on-delivery (COD) receipts, and reconcile funds accurately at end-of-shift.
• Maintain professional, polite, and respectful communication with clients, passengers, and dispatchers.
• Promptly report any traffic incidents, vehicle mechanical issues, or delivery delays to operations management.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained both inside and outside.
• Comply with company vehicle policies, speed limits, and Kuwait Ministry of Interior traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Kuwait Light Vehicle Driving License is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of verified driving experience in Kuwait or GCC countries.
• In-depth knowledge of Kuwait governorates, highway networks, inner roads, and major landmarks.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or license suspensions.
• Ability to use smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, delivery apps) effectively.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 20/22 transferable).
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, fluid checks, and tire pressure management.
• Strong customer service orientation, polite demeanor, and punctuality.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loading/unloading duties when required.
• Immediate availability to commence work is preferred.
