We are Hiring HSE Manager | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental operations across projects and business activities in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong HSE background, leadership capabilities, and experience implementing safety management systems while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

Position Details

Position: HSE Manager

Location: Kuwait

Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Leadership

• Lead and manage the HSE team across multiple sites and projects.
• Establish and implement HSE strategies, objectives, and annual plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Compliance & Management Systems

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait safety regulations, environmental requirements, and client standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Incident Management

• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed effectively.
• Maintain incident reporting and investigation records.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor HSE performance indicators and KPIs.
• Prepare management reports and safety performance updates.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Training & Awareness

• Support safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement in HSE programs.
• Ensure site teams understand safety procedures and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 7–8 years of HSE experience.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Transferable residency required.
