Role Summary

Experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong maintenance background to lead and coordinate HVAC maintenance projects for KOC‑related works. Responsible for ensuring project delivery, KOC compliance, and effective team coordination across maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

• KOC experience: 10–15 years working on KOC projects.

• KOC approval: KOC approval is mandatory.

• Residency: Transferable residency required.

• Certifications and registrations: KSE registration required.

• Driving license: Valid driving license required.

• Availability: Able to join within 1–2 months.

• Experience: Strong maintenance background in HVAC systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC maintenance projects from planning through closeout.

• Ensure compliance with KOC standards, approvals, and site procedures.

• Coordinate maintenance teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Review and approve technical documentation, method statements, and maintenance procedures.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.

• Liaise with client representatives for approvals and technical clarifications.

• Prepare progress reports and technical submissions for KOC review.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven track record managing large‑scale HVAC maintenance projects for oil & gas or industrial clients.

• Strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, chilled water systems, and DX systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with KOC documentation, approval workflows, and HSE requirements.
