Job Vacancy: HVAC Supervisor – Mechanical Engineering

A reputed General Trading & Contracting Company in Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC technicians, coordinating project activities, maintaining safety and industry standards, and ensuring HVAC work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Supervise daily HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians.
• Assign tasks and monitor technician performance.
• Ensure HVAC work is completed according to project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate project activities to achieve timely completion.
• Monitor maintenance and repair work to ensure proper quality.
• Inspect HVAC systems and identify technical issues.
• Assist technicians in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC problems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and industry standards.
• Maintain proper coordination between the site team, technicians, and management.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress, requirements, and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project status and work progress.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in HVAC.
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Previous HVAC supervisory experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Good team-management and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate technicians and project activities.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of safety and industry standards.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License required.
• Transferable Article 18 Residency (Iqama) required.
• Age: 25–35 years.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate project status and expectations professionally.
