Urgent Hiring – Indian Restaurant Chef
A restaurant in Kuwait City is looking for an experienced and hardworking Indian Restaurant Chef to join its kitchen team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, curries, breakfast items, breads, sandwiches, and beverages and should be able to handle daily kitchen preparation independently.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare authentic Indian dishes, curries, and other restaurant meals.
- Prepare breakfast and snack items according to the restaurant menu.
- Make Chapati, Roti, Paratha, and Poori.
- Prepare sandwiches using French bread and Hot Dog bread.
- Prepare tea, coffee, and other basic restaurant beverages.
- Maintain consistent food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and manage daily kitchen production.
- Keep the kitchen and cooking area clean and organized.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Previous experience as an Indian Restaurant Chef is required.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine and curries.
- Must be skilled in preparing:
- Chapati
- Roti
- Paratha
- Poori
- Indian breakfast items
- Sandwiches
- Tea & Coffee
- Must be able to prepare sandwiches using French/Hot Dog bread.
- Clean, responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Transferable Visa No. 18 required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Salary: KD 200 per month.
- Accommodation and other benefits will be discussed during the interview.
