Hiring Industrial Machine Operator in Kuwait
A leading industrial manufacturing and insulation solutions corporation in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Industrial Machine Operator to join its team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated industrial production machinery according to engineering protocols.
- Perform periodic raw material feeding, parameter monitoring, and machine speed adjustments during production runs.
- Inspect finished manufactured products to verify dimensional accuracy, density, and structural quality.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, lubrication, filter cleaning, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Log production output, operating hours, and downtime incidents accurately in shift reports.
- Coordinate with shift supervisors and maintenance engineers to resolve mechanical issues swiftly.
- Adhere strictly to industrial HSE regulations, PPE requirements, and factory floor safety protocols.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years of practical machine operation experience in manufacturing plants or industrial factories.
- Technical Diploma or ITI Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Age below 35 years with good physical health and technical aptitude.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- High sense of discipline, punctuality, and commitment to manufacturing excellence.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
