Hiring Occupational Health Nurse & Safety Specialist in Kuwait
A premier manufacturing and engineering industrial plant (Refrigeration Industries & Storage Co. - RIC) is urgently seeking qualified, diligent, and competent Occupational Health Nurses & HSE Specialists to join its facilities team in Sulaibiya, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver workplace primary medical care, emergency first aid triage, and treatment for industrial injuries.
- Administer the on-site factory medical clinic, stocking emergency pharmaceuticals, oxygen, and first aid kits.
- Maintain confidential employee health records, occupational injury logs, and medical referral documentation.
- Conduct routine shopfloor health surveillance, ergonomics assessments, and heat-stress monitoring.
- Inspect plant work areas to verify compliance with occupational health directives, PPE usage, and ventilation.
- Deliver workplace hygiene, safety orientation, and CPR training sessions for industrial workforce personnel.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers and emergency response teams during industrial incidents.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with verified clinical or occupational healthcare credentials.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oilfield, or commercial plant clinic settings.
- Male candidates required in accordance with manufacturing site facility operational requirements.
- Valid Kuwait MOH nursing license or transferable eligibility is preferred.
- Strong crisis management, first aid responsiveness, and professional communication skills.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
