Urgent Hiring – Inventory & Accounts Manager
Karyan Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Accounts Manager to join its team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, accounting, ERP systems, stock control, Microsoft Excel, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory and accounting activities.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, and material usage.
- Maintain accurate inventory and accounting records.
- Manage and update data within the company’s ERP system.
- Prepare and maintain inventory and accounting reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Manage and monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOM-related products.
- Track material requirements and inventory availability.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate necessary adjustments.
- Support accounting procedures and financial record keeping.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure proper documentation for stock movements and accounting transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
- Identify inventory issues and support effective stock-control measures.
- Relevant experience in inventory management and accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOM-related products.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and record keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Candidates must be currently available in Kuwait.
- Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) visa required.
