Role Summary

We are hiring an IT & Branch Systems Support Officer to manage branch IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations across multiple restaurant locations. The role requires hands‑on UniFi/Ubiquiti expertise and the ability to troubleshoot both remotely and on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage UniFi infrastructure: Dream Machine, APs, switches, cameras, UniFi OS/Controller.

• Support branch IT systems: LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE, printers, CCTV, IP phones, and networking.

• Maintain restaurant IT peripherals: POS systems, aggregator devices, Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners.

• Troubleshoot remotely and on‑site for critical branch issues.

• Provide 24/7 support for operations‑critical incidents.

• Follow up persistently until issues are fully resolved.

Requirements

• Mandatory hands‑on UniFi/Ubiquiti experience (Dream Machine, APs, switches, cameras).

• Networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE.

• Experience with restaurant IT systems (POS, printers, scanners).

• Availability: Must be on‑call 24/7 for urgent issues.

• Attributes: Persistent, practical, reliable, and able to coordinate across branches.

• Location: Candidates must be in Kuwait.
