Job Vacancy: Experienced Saleswoman – Luxury Jewellery

An established luxury jewellery brand in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and professional Saleswoman to join its team.

The company has more than 20 years of experience in Kuwait and across the GCC and offers a professional working environment with attractive earning opportunities for high-performing sales professionals.

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in the showroom.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Present luxury jewellery products confidently and professionally.
• Explain product features, quality, and details to customers.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support showroom merchandising and product presentation.
• Handle sales transactions according to company procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high customer service standards.
• Represent the luxury jewellery brand in a professional manner.

• 5+ years of sales experience in jewellery or a related luxury retail environment in Kuwait.
• Previous experience with a reputable jewellery, luxury retail, or premium brand is preferred.
• Transferable Visa 18 is mandatory.
• Must be currently employed at a reputable organization, as specified by the employer.
• Arabic language is required.
• English language is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.
• Professional attitude and ability to work in a premium retail environment.

The position follows a two-shift schedule:

Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Weekly Off: Friday
