Hiring Desktop Support Engineer in Kuwait
A prominent enterprise corporate organization in Kuwait City, Kuwait is urgently recruiting a skilled Desktop Support Engineer for an immediate 3-month temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems on desktop PCs and laptops.
- Configure network printers, resolve print spooler errors, update device drivers, and map shared network drives.
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware issues, memory faults, hard drives, and peripheral connectivity problems.
- Support corporate users with Microsoft 365, Outlook email synchronization, and VPN access issues.
- Log user incident tickets systematically and escalate complex network failures to senior systems engineers.
- Ensure workstation endpoint security software and antivirus updates are correctly deployed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Windows OS installation, configuration, and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Proficient in printer networking, mapping, and driver configuration.
- Available for immediate joining on a 3-month replacement/contract role.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
