A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to lead the technical support and systems administration team. The ideal candidate will manage daily IT operations and ensure company technology systems run securely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily computer and network operations.
- Lead and support the IT technical team.
- Manage system administration activities.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure network security and system reliability.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain hardware, software, and IT equipment.
- Coordinate IT projects and system improvements.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of company technology systems.
- Previous experience as an IT Supervisor or similar IT leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of:

- System troubleshooting
- Ability to manage and guide IT staff.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle daily IT operations.
