We are urgently seeking a qualified IT Technician to provide temporary technical support coverage in Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with strong troubleshooting skills, technical support experience, and recognized IT certifications looking for a short-term assignment.

Position: IT Technician

Location: Kuwait

Assignment Type: Temporary Replacement

Contract Period: October 21 – November 15

• Provide day-to-day IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft environments and user accounts.
• Assist users with technical issues and system access requests.
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure operational readiness.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Document support activities and resolutions.

• Microsoft Certification (Azure) OR CompTIA A+ certification.
• Good computer troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Strong understanding of desktop support and end-user assistance.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
