We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and end-user support.
PositionIT Technician
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Support users with system access, software installations, and technical inquiries
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT support and technical services
Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware and software
- Network troubleshooting
- Windows operating systems
- Printers and peripheral devices
- IT system maintenance
Experience in handling site support and user support activities
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Transferable Visa required
Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
Preferred Skills- Experience with network devices and structured cabling
- Basic server administration knowledge
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience working in corporate or project-based environments
