We are currently seeking an experienced and analytical Operations / Business Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who can evaluate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor operational performance and recommend efficiency enhancements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses
- Collect, interpret, and present data to support management decisions
- Work closely with different departments to streamline processes
- Track KPIs and ensure business objectives are met
- Support project planning, implementation, and process optimization initiatives
Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Must hold a Transferable Visa
Experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or performance management is preferred
Preferred Skills- Data analysis and reporting
- Business process mapping
- KPI monitoring and performance evaluation
- Power BI or similar reporting tools (advantage)
- Stakeholder communication and coordination
