Job Vacancy: Café Crew & Head Barista

An expanding café in Saad Al Abdullah, Kuwait is looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team.

• Male candidates preferred.
• Filipino, Nepali, Bhutanese, and Indian candidates preferred.

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

• Handle specialty coffee preparation and café operations.
• Prepare espresso-based beverages using proper brewing techniques.
• Maintain beverage quality and consistency.
• Supervise, guide, and train the café bar team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and café standards.
• Manage daily bar operations efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

• Previous café or customer service experience preferred.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages.
• Assist customers professionally.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Support daily café operations.
• Learn and develop skills under the guidance of the Head Barista.
