Job Vacancy: Delivery Company Supervisor – Talabat Operations

A leading delivery company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisor with strong knowledge of Talabat delivery operations to manage and support daily delivery activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and experience handling delivery riders and operational teams.

• Supervise and manage delivery riders on a daily basis.
• Monitor rider attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate rider shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Track delivery performance and maintain service quality standards.
• Handle rider concerns, operational issues, and daily challenges.
• Coordinate with management and operations teams.
• Ensure riders follow company policies and delivery procedures.
• Maintain proper communication between riders and operations department.
• Support improvement of delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Supervisor in Kuwait.
✅ Hands-on experience managing Talabat delivery operations.
✅ Strong knowledge of rider management and delivery processes.
✅ Experience with shift planning and team coordination.
✅ Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
✅ Good communication skills in English.
✅ Arabic language is an advantage.
✅ Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa.
✅ Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait (Local Hire Only).
