Workshop Supervisor required in Kuwait

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of valve maintenance, workshop operations, and mechanical equipment within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Diploma, ITI Certificate, or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in workshop supervision, valve maintenance, or mechanical workshop operations within the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong expertise in:
  • Valve inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing
  • Workshop planning and work scheduling
  • Technical documentation and reporting
  • Mechanical equipment maintenance procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise workshop personnel and coordinate daily operations efficiently
• Valid Kuwait Driving License will be an added advantage
