A premier commercial and retail enterprise in Kuwait is hiring a customer-focused, dynamic Gold & Diamond Jewelry Sales Executive to drive business development and store operations in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The candidate will engage clients, understand product needs, present tailored solutions, and achieve designated sales quotas.
Applicants should possess outstanding communication skills, modern POS proficiency, and transferable visa residency.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients proactively and demonstrate key product features and benefits.
- Process customer transactions accurately through electronic POS checkout systems.
- Manage product inventory displays, visual merchandising, and replenishment on sales floors.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive, professional customer support.
- Meet and exceed periodic sales performance benchmarks and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2-6 Years of retail sales, B2B marketing, or cashiering experience in Kuwait.
- Fluency in English; conversational Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
- Energetic personality, persuasive presentation abilities, and customer empathy.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KWD 350–550 per month.
