Job Vacancy: Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Civil)

A company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry and expertise in preparing competitive tenders and cost estimates.

• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation.
• Evaluate project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure tender submissions are completed within deadlines.
• Maintain tender records and supporting documentation.

✅ 5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of bid preparation and tendering procedures.
✅ Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation.
✅ Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.
