General Requirements
• Experience: 2–5 years in the private sector for most fields. For IT, 3–7 years of experience is required.
• Internship Path: Some successful candidates may start with an internship before being assigned to departments based on need.
• Priority: Kuwaiti and GCC nationals with university degrees, aged 35 or younger.
• Skills: Strong computer skills (basic programs), fluency in English, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Compensation: Salaries will match private sector standards, with employment support for Kuwaitis.
• Other Applicants: Experienced candidates from outside the private sector may also be considered if they have worked with reputable organizations.
