Hiring Chemical Engineer in Kuwait
Location: Kuwait
We are seeking a qualified Chemical Engineer to support the design, optimization, and safe operation of chemical processes and equipment in oil & gas and industrial process plants. The role focuses on efficiency improvement, risk reduction, and quality assurance while supporting projects from design through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize chemical processes and plant systems
• Prepare mass/energy balances, PFDs, and P&IDs
• Select and evaluate process equipment
• Conduct safety and risk studies (HAZOP/HAZID)
• Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot operational issues
• Support projects from engineering to start-up
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial process plants
• Strong knowledge of process design and safety standards
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process diagrams
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred (Advantage):
• Experience with simulation software (Aspen, HYSYS, ChemCAD)
• Experience in FEED/EPC projects
Work Environment:
Office and site-based work with occasional travel.
