Contract, Pricing & Tendering Engineer Jobs in Kuwait
Position Overview
We are seeking Contract, Pricing & Tendering Engineers to join our construction sector team in Kuwait. The role is responsible for preparing competitive tender submissions, developing cost estimates, managing contract documentation, and supporting project teams through all stages of tendering, pricing, negotiation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and bid packages.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to determine scope, cost, and risk factors.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical compliance.
• Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Conduct pre‑tender and post‑tender meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitiveness and compliance.
• Support preparation of BOQs, rate analysis, and project cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts during project execution.
• Track tender results, market trends, and competitor pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: Strong background in tendering, estimation, or contract administration within construction.
• Technical Knowledge: Construction methods, cost analysis, and pricing principles.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, Bid Bow, etc.).
• Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities with attention to detail.
