Finance & Administration Manager
Location: Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to oversee financial controls, budgeting, HR, and daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in small or growing companies who can independently manage end‑to‑end responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
- Implement financial controls and monitor cash flow
- Handle daily administration tasks to support smooth business operations
- Provide strategic input to management on financial and administrative matters
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
- Proven experience in finance and administration management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Background in small or growing companies preferred
