Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily finance and banking operations for our Kuwait office. The ideal candidate has experience with local banking procedures and understands financial processes in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions, including payments via NBK and other local banks.
- Manage payroll processing and related documentation.
- Prepare and process guarantees, letters of credit, and bank requests.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize supporting documents.
- Support smooth day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
- Coordinate with project and finance teams on construction-related financial matters.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting or banking operations experience; more experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti banking procedures; familiarity with NBK processes is required.
- Experience working with construction company finances is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English; Arabic skills are highly advantageous.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
