Role Summary
Experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales, manage tendering and proposal development, and expand the company’s footprint across Government, Oil & Gas, and Corporate sectors in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new opportunities and develop pipelines across target sectors.
• Monitor tender portals and RFQs/RFPs; track submission deadlines.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations and procurement.
• Develop pricing strategies and detailed cost estimates.
• Manage client relationships and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to operations after award.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or tendering roles.
• Tendering Skills: Proven experience preparing proposals and handling RFQ/RFP processes; K‑Tendering experience preferred.
• Sector Experience: Exposure to Facilities Support, MEP procurement, or Oil & Gas is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills; CRM experience preferred.
• Attributes: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
• Work Style: Able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and work independently.
