Role Overview
A refinery project in Mina Abd Allah, Kuwait is urgently hiring Tack Welders for immediate deployment. Shortlisted candidates will join site teams working on refinery installations and maintenance.
Offer and Benefits
• Salary: KD 220–240
• Location: Mina Abd Allah (refinery project)
• Transportation: Provided from Mangaf, Abu Halifa, Fahaheel, and nearby areas
• Overtime: Available and paid as per company policy
• Start: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in tack welding on industrial or refinery sites.
• Comfortable working in refinery/site environments and following site safety rules.
• Ability to work shifts and under supervision on project schedules.
• Valid work authorization for Kuwait preferred; local candidates prioritized.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass site verification and safety inductions.
Main Responsibilities
• Perform tack welding tasks to support fabrication and installation.
• Follow welding procedures and maintain weld quality for temporary joints.
• Adhere to site HSE rules and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet daily targets.
• Maintain basic care of tools and report equipment issues.
