Role Summary
A construction company in Kuwait is hiring Civil Engineers and Architect Engineers with strong design skills and hands‑on site experience. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and be proficient in AutoCAD and 3D drawing tools. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and drafting of civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams including site engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is implemented.
• Review and revise drawings based on site feedback and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits to inspect progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Support tender and permit submissions by preparing required documentation and drawings.
• Maintain drawing archives and ensure version control for all project documents.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction design and site coordination.
• Technical skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D drawing software; experience with Revit or similar BIM tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and local building codes.
• Soft skills: Good communication, teamwork, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
