Position Overview
Seeking Contract, Pricing & Tendering Engineers to prepare competitive tender submissions, develop accurate cost estimates, manage contract documentation, and support tendering through contract execution for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bid packages.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to define scope, cost, and risks.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure pricing accuracy and technical compliance.
• Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑tender meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers; negotiate pricing.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitiveness and compliance.
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support contract administration during project execution and track tender results and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in tendering, estimation, and contract administration within construction.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost analysis, and pricing principles.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, BidBOW, or similar).
• Attributes: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.
