Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Virtual Assistant to support our team with organizing, verifying, and maintaining digital records. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital records in spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
- Verify accuracy of travel and cruise data before entry.
- Categorize and tag cruise information for internal use.
- Respond to occasional team requests for data corrections and clarifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry or virtual assistance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM systems.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability preferred.
