Key Responsibilities
- Supervise drilling operations, ensure safe and efficient execution of drilling programs.
- Monitor drilling parameters, well control, and adherence to drilling procedures and HSE standards.
- Coordinate rig crews, contractors, and service providers; manage shift handovers and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with KNPC standards, permit requirements, and site regulations.
- Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance coordination, and spare parts requisition.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations when required.
- Support well planning, risk assessments, and post‑job reviews.
Requirements
- KNPC certification for drilling supervision (mandatory).
- Significant experience as a Drilling Supervisor on onshore projects; proven track record in safe operations.
- Strong knowledge of well control, drilling equipment, and drilling fluids.
- Ability to lead teams, make decisions under pressure, and maintain accurate operational records.
- Valid medical fitness and ability to mobilize to site as required.
- Ready for immediate joining.
