Position: ERP Analyst — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years hands‑on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Industry background: Construction, contracting, engineering, or project‑based industries preferred.
- Functional exposure: Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, HR & Payroll modules.
- ERP support: Post‑go‑live operations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Compliance: Knowledge of local labor law related to HR & Payroll.
- Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Technical proficiency: Microsoft Office, ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as functional owner and primary contact for Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Bridge business users, management, IT teams, and external partners.
- Provide functional support across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, HR & Payroll.
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP‑based improvements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Manage ERP master data, user roles, and access rights.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and sign‑off.
- Deliver end‑user training and maintain SOPs/documentation.
- Generate management reports and support audits.
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
- Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect Expert (advantage).
- Any Microsoft ERP/Cloud certification is a plus.
