Role Summary
Hiring HVAC Supervisor and HVAC Maintenance Engineer for immediate deployment in Kuwait. Both roles focus on ensuring reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and safe performance of HVAC systems across industrial, commercial, or plant environments.
1. HVAC Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily HVAC maintenance activities and lead the maintenance team.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine servicing of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, pumps, and ductwork.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and oversee repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and raise requisitions for critical items.
• Coordinate with operations, contractors, and vendors for repairs and service calls.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with site HSE rules.
• Maintain maintenance logs, shift handovers, and basic reporting.
Requirements
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance supervision; maintenance field experience is a must.
• Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, team‑leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts and join immediately.
• Good knowledge of HVAC tools, instrumentation, and preventive maintenance practices.
2. HVAC Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, compressors, and associated mechanical equipment.
• Perform detailed fault diagnosis, root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise commissioning, testing, and performance tuning of HVAC equipment.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance records.
• Liaise with vendors for spare parts, warranty claims, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Valid KSE and KFF certifications and Kuwait driving license required.
• Transferable visa (No.18) mandatory.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or equivalent.
• Strong hands‑on skills with chillers, AHUs, VFDs, controls, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC electrical systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and vendor‑management skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
